Terms and Conditions of Estimate

1. Non-Binding Estimate: The estimate provided is based on the information given at the time of inquiry. This estimate is not a guaranteed price and is subject to change based on factors such as additional items, time required, unforeseen circumstances, or changes to the moving conditions.
2. Accuracy of Inventory & Details: The customer is responsible for providing an accurate description of the inventory, access conditions (stairs, elevators, long carry distances, etc.), and any special handling requirements. Any discrepancies may result in additional charges.
3. Hourly & Flat Rate Pricing:
   • Hourly rates apply from the time our crew arrives at the pickup location until the completion of the move, including loading, unloading, and any required travel time.
   • Flat-rate pricing, if applicable, is based on the agreed-upon scope of work and does not cover additional services requested on the moving day.
4. Additional Charges: The following may result in extra charges:
   • Additional items or services not included in the original estimate
   • Disassembly/reassembly of furniture
   • Packing/unpacking services
   • Long carry distances, stairs, or elevator use not disclosed prior
   • Delays caused by the customer (waiting time, incomplete packing, lack of access, etc.)
   • Storage fees if items need to be held before delivery
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may affect the final cost.
